SHIPPING 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days


Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive due to large demand. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth. (orders outside the US may take up to 30 business days). 

If your order hasn't arrived after 35 business days (US) / 50 business days (Outside of US) of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes the errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 

How much is the shipping? 

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping can range from $1.95 - $10.95 for single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be listed before processing.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.<br />Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.<br />Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal &amp; Stripe Credit Card Payment system (VISA, MASTER, AMEX). Cheques are not accepted. 
Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling fee. The price of the item itself is $0.00.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one. Where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products which is not stocked in the same warehouse, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Therefore, please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as they are on the way :)

How Secure is your store?
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. More than that, all store traffic is securely encrypted with SSL, Checkout the "https" on the web address line.

 

How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. Otherwise, you can track your order here.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card or PayPal has been authorized. If the credit card or PayPal has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations. Stripe (VISA,MASTER,AMEX) USD$0.50; PayPal please refer to the transaction details on PayPal portal.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. Item must be in original packaging.
